How to deal with the loss of a love one

Hello Pusher
During a phone interview with Clarissa Baker, she offered these words of encouragement on dealing with the loss of a loved one, as she herself lost her mother 6 years ago.
Question: So, how did you deal with the loss of a loved one?
Clarissa: “To be honest, when it first happened, I lost faith in God. I believed in my God was going to keep her alive, but she passed. At the beginning of your grief, it will seem like you will never heal, but over time you will learn to cope with it, and you’ll get stronger. God is able to give you the courage to accept things that you cannot change. And that’s how I’m still dealing with it by regaining my faith back in God.” Question: How do you stay strong, where do you find your strength?
Clarissa: “I find my strength by keeping her name alive, talk about her, cherish every single piece of memories. Stay strong for your kids, you can’t let them see you down. Death affects them as well, so you have to stay strong for them.” “My best advice to anyone who is dealing with the loss of a loved one is to cherish every memory the memories are all that’s remain."
